Appointment Information -

All consultations are by appointment only.

The standard appointment is 20 - 30 minutes.

Please notify the reception staff if you require a longer appointment.

Please notify reception upon your arrival.

Patients are encouraged to ensure that all contact details are correct.

Cancellation Policy -

At Hugh Matthews Podiatry we understand your time is valuable.

All of our podiatrists do their best to run on time and your punctual attendance will assist this.

Should your practitioner be running late, we will endeavour to contact you to let you know.

Alternatively, please feel free to contact us 30 minutes prior to your appointment to see if your podiatrist is running on time.

We understand that unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully ask that scheduled appointments be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Our podiatrists want to be available for your needs, for the needs of all our patients. When a patient cancels last minute or does not show for a scheduled appointment, other patients lose the opportunity to be seen. When appointments are missed, our talented podiatrist sits idle.

Regular cancellations, no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice unfortunately may incur a cancellation fee.

Unacceptable Behaviour -

Our practice has a zero tolerance for unacceptable behaviour.

We will not tolerate any behaviour that is violent, threatening, abusive or aggressive.

Any patient displaying this behaviour will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

In the event of a repeat offender the patient will no longer be seen at the clinic.
